Lake Rentals at Scott's Flat Lake Weekends Only starting Monday August 15th
As the summer begins to wind down, our rentals at Scott’s Flat Day Use Area will be open on the weekends only until Labor Day. We will continue to rent paddle boards and kayaks everyday from the store located at 491 E Main in Grass Valley.
SUP Fitness Class TO Begin June 23rd Scott's Flat Lake
SUP Fitness Class to begin Thursday evening 6:30 pm. June 23rd at Scott’s Flat Lake Day Use Area. Classes cost $15 with your own board or $25 with sup board rental included. The class is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Conditioning. All levels are welcome. Classes are playful and focus on having fun while working out on your SUP board.
Classes are every Thursday. June 23, June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28, August buylevitra.net 4.
Stephanie Adams is a certified Pilates and Bodyflow Instructor. Stephanie teaches classes at Core Movement Center and South Yuba Club in Nevada City. For information call us at Mountain Recreation 530-477-8006.

However our rentals at Scott’s Flat Lake have closed with the exception of one last hurrah on Labor Day Weekend.

Are you ready for the winter season? At Mountain Recreation we have everything you need to stay warm and dry this winter. Snowsport outerwear, waterproof breathable raincoats, merino wool base layers, warm socks , beanies, and snow boots just to name a few.
Get your skis and snowboards tuned and ready to hit the slopes. Season rentals for kids is still just $99 while sizes last.
We will be hosting the latest Warren Miller Film, “No Turning Back”, on Saturday, November 29 at 7pm. Tickets available in advance at Mountain Recreation. The cost is $10 and all proceeds benefit the NUHS Alpine Ski Team. See you there!
